Territory Manager for Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba
Immediate Opening
Future Mobility Healthcare Inc., a Mississauga Ontario based manufacturer and distributor specializing in providing high quality wheelchairs, seating and positioning devices for mobility challenged individuals, is looking for a Territory Manager forAlberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overall territory development through identification and solicitation of Clinicians and Dealers with the intent of creating solid long term business relationships.
- Manage, and support an existing Dealer network throughout the territory.
- Create an ongoing demand for Future Mobility Healthcare Inc. product at the facility and clinical level through continued education and training of users in cooperation with our Dealers.
- Manage the entire sales process: lead generation, lead follow-up, needs assessment, product demonstrations, quotation development, price and service negotiations, and closing of the sale.
- Maintenance and sale of demo inventory within the territory.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly goals.
- Weekly travel throughout the territory with some overnight requirements.
- Company reports to be submitted weekly to National Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Postsecondary education
- Excellent face to face selling and in-servicing skills.
- Experience in DME sales with an understanding of the territory and market development opportunities.
- An individual who has excellent time management skills and good business judgment and acumen.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance in building and managing a territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other technological communication methods.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all verbal and written correspondence.
- Self-management, problem solving, and organizational skills with an affinity for details.
- Proven commitment to customer service.
- Clean Driving Record.
Compensation: Base salary plus commission, company vehicle, cellular phone, laptop and expenses.
