Customer Service Coordinator
Department: Customer Service
Location: Mississauga
Detailed Job Responsibilities:

Provide detailed product information to authorized dealers
-
Assist customers with reading and interpreting parts break downs
-
Process all customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
-
Provide pricing information to authorized dealers
-
Communicate product and parts lead times
-
Investigate and resolve customer issues with products and services
-
Report all issues with Quality of products and services
-
Interact closely with Outside and Inside sales, Technical Service, Marketing and Distribution
-
Handle escalated customer issues assuring they are resolved according to company requirements
-
Expedite equipment and parts orders
-
Interact with distribution on proof of delivery and pick up issues
-
Interact with and support fellow team members by providing product expertise
-
Participate in product training sessions
-
Additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications/Experience Required:
-
College or Business School Certificate
-
3-5 years Customer Service experience preferably in Distribution or Manufacturing environment
-
Excellent general math and writing skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
-
Excellent organizational, problem solving and follow up skills
-
Must be computer proficient with intermediate computer skills – Visual knowledge an asset
-
Ability to prioritize, multi task and make self directed decisions
-
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations
-
Demonstrated team player
Graphic Designer
Location: Mississauga
Department: Marketing
We're looking for a creative, bright, energetic, and dedicated designer to join our design and marketing team. You will need to be a strong team contributor and have a great design sense. Ideally, you'll have excellent skills in design technologies and tools such as; Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dream viewer. Technically, we'd also like for you to have some experience with CSS, and HTML. A grasp of print and website design is important, but the most important attributes are photo editing skills and photography experience.

Minimum two (2) years, experience required as a Graphic Designer

Experience using In Design, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Dream viewer, CSS, HMTL, and Windows
-
Portfolio required
-
Photography experience; at least 2 years shooting experience
-
Strong layout and typesetting skills
-
Must possess high levels of creativity
-
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills; collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Design Team, and Marketing
-
Excellent communication and writing skills
-
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
-
Excellent time management skills, and able to meet deadlines
-
Must be able to multi-task; the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
-
Team player; able to work well with co-workers (brainstorming ideas) etc…

Able to take direction, and positive criticism
-
Previous experience in the healthcare industry would be an asset, but is not required
